Please note: we don't currently have a dedicated meeting or conference room onsite. Group sessions happen in our shared spaces — the lobby lounge, fire pit, and patio — and we're glad to recommend nearby Manitou Springs venues for structured workshops.

Do you have meeting rooms or conference space onsite?
Not currently — The Outrider does not have a dedicated meeting or conference room. Our shared spaces — the lobby lounge, outdoor fire pit, and patio — are wonderful for fireside conversations, morning circles, and casual group gatherings, and for structured workshop or classroom-style sessions we're happy to connect you with nearby venues in Manitou Springs, many within walking distance.
Do you offer meals or breakfast for retreat groups?
Continental breakfast can be added for group blocks and buyouts, and downtown Manitou Springs — with its restaurants, coffee shops, and cafes — is a short walk away. We're glad to share local catering and private-chef recommendations for your group.
When is the best time of year to host a retreat in Manitou Springs?
